Namibia’s National Health Service (NHS) and health authorities have been accused of failing to warn doctors about sexual side effects associated with premature ejaculation.
The National Health Service, which is responsible for providing medical and mental health services to the men in its health sector, said it would not be making the recommendations for prescribing Priligy tablets to its patients.
“The NHS’s decision to encourage patients to seek help and to prescribe a PDE5 inhibitor for premature ejaculation has been a failure of the NHS,” Namibia Medical Association president Martin van Rompa said.
